Heidi graduated from OICB in 1999 and joined the team after graduating from the University of Plymouth with a Biological Sciences Honors Degree, to build up the business and eventually open our sister company, The Skincare Clinic in 2002, leading it to win several beauty awards. At the same time Heidi did her teacher training course to develop her career. Since 2002 she has enjoyed running The Skincare Clinic, teaching the full range of courses covering all examination boards from body massage to epilation, CIBTAC examining and being our CIDESCO in-house examiner.

Heidi’s wealth of salon experience and business acumen, has led her to a management role within the college and she is now our School Director responsible for the running of the business, the admin and teaching teams. Heidi leads the team at OICB to ensure all students and staff are cared for and mentored to reach their full potential. Her passion for the industry and the opportunities it holds for OICB graduates enthuses students to follow their dreams of a rewarding, exciting future in the Beauty and Spa Industry.
